Please find below a general overview and structure of the Citizens Community Forums explaining how the Forums work and their effectiveness in installing 'The Will Of The People' as a reality throughout
Aims. To provide the Citizens of
Objectives. That the ‘Citizens Community Forums’ become a vehicle in which every Australian is invited to become informed, involved and vote on such issues that affect their lives and those of their family, friends, community and country regardless of their political, religious or cultural standing .
The Citizens Community Forums are a vehicle for all Australians wishing to become informed, hold discussions and vote on proposed laws and or changes that may affect their lives and that of their families, community and country. The Community Forums will continue to publish and communicate transparent information and research that otherwise may not have been bought to your attention or clearly understood.

The Forums may be formed by any number of persons within their respective communities as geographically required throughout
Operated in the 'Spirit of Intent', this Vehicle allows every Australian to actively participate in becoming INFORMED, EDUCATED with the facility to VOTE on all Local, State and Federal Issues and that if a sitting member rejects the ‘Will of the People on such issues’, then the people may select their own Community Independent Candidates to stand either as Federal Senators, Lower House Representatives, State Members of Parliament and or Local Councilors, thus reclaiming their right and duty of becoming honestly and transparently informed and to vote on all issues, laws and treaties pertaining to the Welfare, Governance, and Protection of Australia.
Public Forums.
The public forums are coordinated nationally, even though the 'Hot Topics' may relate to provincial or local issues. This enables the national data base of information and research to be shared with national support and publicity regardless of the isolation or resources of that community.
EG. A serious local issue may become a lost cause in a particular community, by public discussion and education through your local Citizens Community Forum and exposing this issue on a national or provincial level through our Forum network, website, news paper, video conferencing and main stream Media, the required outcome may become a reality due to correct strategy and People Power very quickly.
Governing Principals.
With the blessing of Edward G. Griffin of Freedom Force International America www.freedomforceinternational.org we have incorporated an adaptation of Freedom Forces 'Creed' especially tailored for
The Governing Principals are the suggested framework within which CCF members choose to have Australia Governed under. (Please find attached a copy for your records.)
Membership. Subscriptions. Donations.
Life Membership. Life Membership is Free for all Citizens.
Annual Subscription. An annual subscription by way of Donation is received with gratitude in order to assist with the costs of administration. (%50 for Local Forum Admin and %50 for National Forum Admin.)
Additional Donations. Additional Monthly or Annual Donations are also received with gratitude. These funds are to be held in a Trust Account for Special Purposes. Each Donor is entered into a monthly draws of substantial prizes. (Commencing at the discretion ACCF Trustees.)
Voting.
Requirements for Voting. A Citizen is required to be a financial member by Donation and to have Registered for Voting

I hereby endorse that the human rights and dignity of individuals must be respected, upheld and protected above all, in accordance with the inherent law of the creative nature of life itself; that individuals may live in liberty, harmony and prosperity to reach their full potential.
I hereby endorse that no group, regardless of its numeric superiority, deny the rights of the individual or minority, except where such may violate or threaten the safety, moral-fibre, ethics, dignity, respect or well-being of another, the family, community or society, in accordance with the inherent law of the creative nature of life itself.
FREEDOM OF CHOICE
I hereby endorse that an individuals right to freedom of choice in accordance with the rule of law and in accordance with the governing principals herein to be paramount. Providing such freedoms are deemed not to be detrimental to any person, community or society.
I hereby endorse that an individual’s right of choice to enjoy social tranquility are better achieved by understanding, patience, and the power of good example rather than by coercion of law.
EQUALITY UNDER LAW
I hereby endorse that all citizens should be equal under law, regardless of their national origin, religion, gender, education, economic status, life style, or political opinion. Likewise, no group should be given preferential treatment, regardless of the merit or popularity of its cause.
I hereby endorse that all citizens under the law shall not be subjected to any law or behaviour that deprives, suppresses or restricts an individual from their human rights to peacefully, honestly and morally co-exist, worship, earn, function, develop and reach their full potential.
PROPER ROLE OF GOVERNMENT
I hereby endorse that the proper role of government is to coordinate, administer and uphold the will of the people for the purpose of upliftment, preservation and stability of a way of life determined by the people.
I hereby endorse that each level of government derives its power solely from the people to express the will of the people. Therefore, governments must never enforce or create laws or sign treaties or sell national assets or commit the nation to war against the will of the people or presume to do anything beyond what individual citizens also have the right to do.
I hereby endorse that any such existing law that is suppressive, immoral or discriminatory by nature or violates an individual’s human rights, becomes a ‘No Law’ and must be removed from the statutes of law and that any person injured by such laws must be compensated.
I hereby endorse that any such existing or intended National or International Treaty or Agreement that is not agreed to by the people of Australia and is demonstrated not to be in the National interest of the future of Australia, becomes a ‘No Treaty or No Agreement and that such Treaties or Agreements become annulled by the will of the people.
