It concluded, "On the basis of this 'weight of evidence' we believe that fluoridation of drinking water is scientifically untenable, and should not be part of a public health initiative or program.'" Troops were being sprayed from the air during World War II with it, The Australian government was advising the population to spray it onto window ledges to stop those nasty flies, just at the hight that a small child could reach. Old newsreels show trucks driving down the streets spraying it onto children and passers by. With the power of hindsight, these actions were, to say the least, moronic. DDT has now been found to be a VERY hazardous substance, and in turn has been banned from use or its use restricted. Fluoride is still thought of by the mainstream, TV dulled population to be a non-hazardous, helpful substance. For far to long the mass medication of the population by the fluoridation of drinking water has been a thing which just is, a thing that a lot of people think every government in the world does for its people. In reality, 96% of the world's population does not have fluoridated water. The remaining 4% of the world's population who have fluoridated are in America (currently 62% fluoridated), 10% of England, Australia, New Zealand and Europe (currently only 2% [2]). There are many countries that once had fluoridated water supplies, but have since stopped, in most cases because the toxicity of the substance has come to light [1]. Discussions about fluoridating water supplies in Sydney, Canberra and Hobart began in the 1960's. Beaconsville just outside Hobart was the first area in Australia to be fluoridated. Hobart followed soon after. [1] Currently every major city in Australia except Brisbane is fluoridated. All up, 86% of Australia's population drinks fluoridated water. Tasmania has one of the most intensive fluoridation schemes, with 48 fluoridation plants for + a million people in comparison to Melbourne's 6 plants for 4 million people. The fluoride for the Melbourne metro area comes from China (as does the fluoride for some other areas in Australia), costing us AU$500 per Tonne. It's fairly ironic that we pay for another countries industrial waste to put into our water supples. China doesn't fluoridate it's own water supplies. [1] In Victoria, at the end of the parliamentary session in 1994, the Victorian government passed a new fluoride act that altered the constitution of Victoria (a state can alter it's own constitution, federal parliament can't) prohibiting the Supreme Court of Victoria from hearing any cases against fluoride. This means that no case against fluoride will ever make it to the High Court of Victoria because it would have to go through the Supreme Court first. No newspapers, TV or radio reported any of this. [1] In Tasmania during 1995, the state governments Lower House put a bill through that would prohibit public meetings and groups of people gathered and talking about fluoridation. When it got to the upper house, they knocked it back and pretended nothing ever happened as it had caused a bit of a panic throughout the Tasmanian government. In the words of Glen Walker (see references) Why would they go to these extremes if it's safe? [1] Brisbane is one of the only major cities in Australia that doesn't have a fluoridated water supply, yet [11]. On Thursday 30th of January 1997, the Brisbane city council announced it would set up a committee to decide if Brisbane's water supply was to be fluoridated. This announcement was made after Liberal candidate Cr. Bob Mills announced earlier that week that if the Liberal party won the local government elections that were held on March 15th, they were going to fluoridate Brisbane's water. Suffice to say that Mr Mills didn't win, but the committee still exists. It is very strange that electioneering on the fluoridation of Brisbane's water supply instantly turned into a committee which was going to come up with a one-and-for-all yes or no answer. Soon after the announcement of the committee was made, the local council called for public opinion on the subject by placing a singular advertisement in The Courier Mail. At the date of this writing (Saturday, March 29, 1997) not a word has been heard from the committee. It seems as though the committee has been stacked so that the decision will be for fluoridation. The committee is going to include representatives from The Australian Dental Association (everybody should know their point of view, and anyone who saw the TV propaganda stirred up from this will defiantly know their point of view), The Australian Medical Association (tending towards fluoridation), Natural Health Practitioners and parent groups (who would have jumped on the fluoridation bandwagon after seeing TV the propaganda turn fluoride into a god-send). The byproducts, a family of chemicals called iodoacids, have been discovered only in chloramine-treated drinking water in Corpus Christi, Texas. Chloramines are a combination of chlorine and ammonia used in some municipal water supplies as an alternative to chlorine. Research over the past 30 years has shown that when chlorine interacts with natural organic matter in drinking water, the process can generate byproducts that are linked to an increased risk of certain cancers and birth and developmental defects. Some of these byproducts are regulated by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), and the agency is now finalizing a new rule that will toughen the standards for chlorine byproducts with known health effects - a move expected to cause at least some water treatment facilities to switch to chlorine alternatives. But the new findings highlight how little is known about the potential health effects of these chlorine alternatives, according to Michael J. Plewa, a genetic toxicologist at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and lead author of the new study. Water disinfection, the researcher pointed out, must be done to prevent outbreaks of infectious disease. What scientists must continue to do, he said, is to study the biological effects of known disinfection byproducts, and keep identifying and analysing new byproducts. According to Plewa, researchers have chemically defined only about half of the disinfection byproducts that can occur in chlorinated drinking water, and much less is known about the byproducts of chlorine alternatives. Overall, he estimated, experts have a handle on the biological effects of only about 30 percent of all identified byproducts. In their study, Plewa and his colleagues found that in hamster cells, the one iodoacid they tested was anywhere from twice as toxic to nearly 300 times more toxic than chlorine byproducts. Corpus Christi was the only location in a nationwide study by the EPA to show iodoacids in drinking water. The water supply there has high levels of bromide and iodide due to the natural chemical makeup of the underlying seabed, and it's possible that the iodoacids found there reflect those conditions. Plewa said the question of whether iodoacids should be added to the list of EPA-regulated disinfection byproducts needs further research. A Corpus Christi newspaper, the Caller-Times, reported on Monday that over the next year the EPA will assess iodoacid levels in the city's water, but has no immediate plans to regulate the chemicals. Anna Bligh then rang in and justified her position on forced fluoridation saying, “just look at the children’s dental decay rates” However, examining Queensland Children’s Dental decay honestly would give the Premier no comfort. By the time children in Townsville have drunk fluoridated water for 12 years they have more tooth decay than do children from the Gold Coast, North Brisbane, Wynnum and several other Health Districts without fluoride (the last 3 published Qld Children’s Dental Health Surveys show this) The last two Australian Children’s Dental surveys show children from the ACT (100 % fluoridated) have more decay in their permanent teeth by the time they are twelve yrs old than do children from Queensland and Queensland varies from being slighter better than, to just slightly worse than children from Tasmania (83% fluoridated). The last National Adult Oral Health survey shows that Queensland is very comparable to other states in every aspect of Oral Health. When Anna Bligh announced on the 5th Dec 2007 that she had made the decision that fluoridation was to be forced in Queensland, she presented a graph of tooth decay measured in 1991 of Townsville vs Brisbane. These same graphs were sent to some Qld MPs. It has, however, been discovered that Qld Health had changed the data in these graphs from “teeth surfaces” to “teeth” keeping the same numerical figure but falsely changing the units, thus exaggerating any tooth decay difference up to 4 to 5 fold. Teeth have either 4 or 5 surfaces depending on type of tooth. One rotten molar is just one tooth, not five teeth as Anna Bligh and Queensland Health would have us believe. The Crime and Misconduct Commission has advised that Queensland Health in due course should respond as to why the data was changed. Six months later, we are still waiting. The World Health Organisation recommends the International standard for comparison of tooth decay is permanent teeth at age 12 yrs. Queensland Health, the Premier and the Health Minister refuse to acknowledge any of this available data (which shows very little difference between fluoridated and non-fluoridated areas) and will only refer to decay in baby teeth at age 5yrs which shows a small difference in absolute terms, but a seeming big difference when expressed as a percentage. Anna Bligh has a large media staff doing their job of keeping the Premier in the news. Oliver Kenneth Goff, 1 Concerns about fluoridation are quickly surfacing as the National Kidney Foundation withdrew its support of the chemical additive at the same time the largest association of water professionals in the world was warned not to destroy evidence that may be required in legal actions filed by individuals harmed by drinking fluoridated water. Following reports of the NKF's acknowledgement that patients with kidney disease "should be notified of the potential risk" to their health from drinking fluoridated water, the American Water Works Association has been given notice that it must not eliminate or tamper with documents or recordings, indicating lawsuits could be filed in the near future. Attorney Robert Reeves delivered a fluoride evidence preservation notice to the 60,000-member water association last week. The document named AWWA's Denver headquarters, regional offices and national and regional officers as "potentially responsible parties" who might be named in lawsuits filed on behalf of kidney patients and other individuals injured by ingesting fluoride. Daniel Stockin of the Lillie Center Inc., a public health training firm that works to end fluoridation, said organizations should immediately withdraw support for use of the water additive. Posted September 1st, 2006 by holly creenaune Communities Unite to Oppose National Nuclear Waste Dump 9am, Wednesday August 30th, 2006 People in cities across Australia will today target Parsons Brinckerhoff - the private company contracted to assess the Federal Government's proposed sites for a Commonwealth nuclear waste dump in the Northern Territory.
Actions will target Parsons Brinckerhoff offices in Brisbane, Newcastle, Sydney, and Melbourne.
Holly Creenaune, National Convenor of the Australian Student Environment Network says "Communities surrounding all of the sites being assessed in the Northern Territory – Hart's Range, Mt Everard, and Fisher's Ridge – are strongly opposed to hosting a nuclear waste dump for the next few thousand years.
"We don't want radioactive waste transported through or stored in our communities. There is still no safe way to store nuclear waste. The proposed NT waste dump will be a toxic blight on Australia and a direct threat to humans and environment for thousands of years."

Veolia - Are These Crimes Against the People of SE Qld ?
A GIANT French company will reap hundreds of millions of dollars from southeast Queensland's water crisis, with consumers set to pay the price.
In a little-publicised deal, Paris-based Veolia Water has been awarded lucrative contracts by the State Government to run the $1.7 billion western corridor recycled water pipeline and the $1.3 billion Gold Coast desalination plant. The commercialisation of two of the state's biggest drought infrastructure projects has heightened fears that water prices could skyrocket.
Veolia, which turns over $42 billion a year, has revealed it expects to rake in at least $210 million ($351 million) from running the desalination plant over the next 10 years. The windfall will be even higher if the company is granted a proposed five-year contract extension. Water from the desalination plant – according to State Government estimates – is likely to cost about $3000 a mega litre to produce, meaning a single day's production will cost about $375,000. Brisbane householders pay $750 a mega litre for conventionally treated drinking water.

A GIANT French company involved in two of southeast Queensland's biggest water projects has a history of corruption, environmental degradation and price-gouging.
Paris-based Veolia Water has been awarded lucrative Queensland Government contracts to build and operate the Gold Coast desalination plant and western corridor recycled water pipeline.
But it can be revealed the company has been named on a "shame file" by Washington-based consumer watchdog Public Citizen, founded by activist and former American presidential candidate Ralph Nader.
Veolia has been embroiled in controversy since entering Australia in 1994.
Questions were raised in Federal Parliament about how it was awarded a $1.5 billion contract to manage Adelaide's water supply, which has since been hit with problems including a major sewage stench problem and a Giardia outbreak.

What does the Ontario Medical Assoc. (OMA) say about smog (air pollution)?
Burning coal produces smog and harms our health – Estimates are that air pollution costs Ontario more than $10 billion per year in health care costs, lost work time and other quantifiable expenses, as well as killing an estimated 2,000 Ontarians each year. The OMA has declared air pollution "a public health crisis" in Ontario.
Coal-fired power plants are the single largest industrial contributors to this crisis. These plants are major producers of nitrogen oxides, which combine with other pollutants to form ground-level ozone, one of the most noxious parts of the smog brew.
Sulphur dioxide, which contributes to the yellow haze that hangs over Southern Ontario, is a major factor in causing acid-rain damage to lakes, rivers and forests.
Mercury can, in even tiny amounts, have a devastating impact on the human nervous system, especially for children and the unborn. Exposure to mercury can cause brain and kidney damage and even death. Mercury exposure has also been linked to impairment of children's reasoning skills.
Lead, which is also particularly harmful to children can cause brain damage, impair growth, damage kidneys and cause learning and behavioral problems.
Heavy metals, including cadmium and chromium are known cancer-causing toxins. The pollution coming out of Nanticoke’s giant smokestacks is the equivalent of the pollution produced by 3.3 million cars. Its emissions contribute not only to the choking smog that lies over Southern Ontario every summer, but also to the potentially devastating impacts of global climate change and to the well-known problems caused by acid rain.

(Read more) Folks, the following is a little bit of information picked up that is not too difficult to digest: Oxides of Sculpture are known to produce acid rain (Tarong Energy's emissions range 11 and 24 on a scale of 0 - 100). Oxides of Nitrogen cause breathing problems (Tarong’s emissions for this rank on 100 - very high and has been for years). Coal is a very impure fuel. It is mostly carbon but there are impurities like silicon, aluminum, calcium, magnesium, sodium, titanium, arsenic, potassium, sculpture and mercury, uranium and thorium. In fact 73 different elements have been found in coal. Various inorganic impurities do not get burnt when coal is burnt. These impurities turn into coal ash - between 3-30% depending on the 'type' of coal. The poorer the quality (such as Kunioon Mine) the higher the %. This burnt coal ash produces bottom ash (that which stays in the bottom of the chimney), and fly ash which can make up to 10-85% of the coal ash - depending on the type of burner, the type of boiler and the type of coal etc. What concerns me is Tarong Energy is reported to emit many times more impurities due to it's age, combine that with 'low grade coal' and you have a witches cauldron. AN ACT OF WAR AGAINST THE PEOPLE
Greetings to all.
For several years, Americans have suffered from the subtle effects of environmental pollution in their geographical areas of residence. But one of those areas of pollution has come from the skies, namely from chemical spraying from high flying jet aircraft which have crisscrossed the skies. This matter has been reported on fairly substantially, and health problems of citizens have been attributed to the effects of chemical spraying as coming from unidentified jet aircraft flying patterns in the skies.
Because this phenomenon of chem-trails in the skies does not appear to be going away any time soon, the onus of responsibility lies with the people to demand that our elected officials do something to investigate what I personally feel has become an unacceptable outrage.
I have taken action to notify local Congressman Elton Gallegly, with a notice and demand that he open an investigation into who is responsible for chemical spraying of the skies in Ventura county. I have copied my letter text below for your impression, to see if I was not justified in my choice of rhetoric. Now it could result in a SWAT platoon visiting me to create an incident to discontinue my liberty, but that is a risk that's necessary to accept. If we the people are to exercise sovereignty over our presumed local government, then allowing such a thing to occur as unidentified planes forming chemical tic tac toe trails in the skies over Ventura county must be something that we can all complain about.
After all, it's your health and mine, and I cannot accept years of attack by planes that are unaccounted for who contribute to health deficiencies of the overall community, and presumably who knowingly do so. That is why I have called the emission of chemical trails an act of war, and which must be addressed by Congress for such to cease and desist.
My message on Gallegly's website is reproduced below. The salutation to the congressman was preprinted above the entry field.

"This notice has become necessary due to particular and mounting concerns for the practice of aerosol spraying by unknown large jet aircraft that are prone to crisscross the skies of Ventura county, and emit what appear to be chemical aerosol spray trails.
Under normal conditions, real condensation trails dissipate shortly after leaving an aircraft emitting them. The supposed "con-trails" more typically referred to as chem-trails, are the kind of emissions that do not dissipate like con-trails, but hang around and gradually widen over the skies for literally hours.
The official position of the United States Air Force is that so-called chem-trails are a hoax, and that they do not engage in such practices. Observers have said the kind of planes involved in chemical spraying appear to be Boeing 737 type jet aircraft, and others have said they are KC-135 or KC-10 aircraft which carry no air force markings, but rather are painted white with a black stripe down their fuselage.
The incidences of respiratory ailments coming from jet aircraft aerosol spraying, aka chem-trails, are a quite well documented phenomena. Residues reportedly contain ethylene dibromide, a component of JP8 jet fuel, and other chemical components include aluminum oxide and barium stearate.
Here's the point. It strongly appears that aerosol spraying is taking place in the skies above American communities. It's gone on for years, reportedly dating back to 1998 or 1999. Reports include chem-trails seen even in cities in Europe.
The U.S. Air Force has been the logical suspect for all the problems that aerosol spraying has caused to people, yet they have categorically denied their involvement in aerosol spraying, causing chem-trails in the skies. Therefore one could conclude that if the U.S. Air Force is not the perpetrator of chemical spraying and the appearance of chem-trails that are identified by their not dissipating quickly, then such aircraft are unidentified by friendly IFF transmissions and their pilots owe allegiance to a foreign power.
I'm not asking you, Congressman Gallegly, I am demanding that you order an official investigation into whose aircraft are involved in causing chem trails over the skies of Ventura county. If it turns out those are foreign planes, then the Air National Guard need to scramble fighter planes to escort those chemical sprayers out of the area, or have those sprayer planes shot down, as enemy combatants.
Airborne chemical spraying of civilians by unidentified jet aircraft are now considered an act of war against the residents of Ventura county, and you as the long term congressman for this county need to use your influence to get answers and a policy of a no-fly zone for chemical sprayers, who with plausible deniability do not answer to the United States Air Force.
If no relief is seen, then citizens need to take it upon themselves to attempt shooting at those jets with high powered rifles. Then perhaps a real discovery over who are the criminals involved with this outrage can be discovered and have them prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. I for one would not hesitate to file a criminal complaint against the suspect U.S. Air Force, for their covert operation of aerosol spraying, and their thinking that the American public are too dumb to know what's going on.
Chemical sprayers need to serve time in prison, or have their planes shot at by residents on the ground while seeing those airborne criminals do their indiscriminate aerial spraying. Of course, their planes could evade hostile fire by flying higher, but a better answer than citizens having to take vigilante action would be a far better alternative -- which is where your service is now critically needed. Since you apparently are up for election this year, you have competition for your seat. If you don't act decisively to prevent aerosol sprayers invading the skies of Ventura county, then you will be voted against in the election, and fyi, this message is being copied to my email distribution list.
The need to get rid of chemical sprayers over Ventura county skies will not cease or desist, regardless of what the U.S. administration says or does, meaning that calling for more foreign invasions or even martial law will not impede this call for action. Because of the critical conditions facing this nation, citizens need to arm themselves against what are perceived to be criminal elements in our government. And if those criminals take to the skies to continue their war by chemical spraying, they need to suffer the consequences. Then we may discover that the U.S. Air Force was the culpable party all along. And then they can be sued via multiple litigation, until relief is had. In other words, I don't believe the Air Force is telling the truth that they are not chemical spraying the population, not just in California, but around the world. The truth will be discovered, but in the meantime, you and they are on notice.

President Bush “beyond all reasonable doubt” is responsible for all the murders of American troops killed in Iraq and could be prosecuted by any of 140 Federal and State legal authorities, famed prosecutor Vincent Bugliosi says.
Bugliosi said the president is guilty of “the most serious crime ever committed in American history…knowingly and deliberately taking this country to war in Iraq under false pretenses,” killing 4,000 GIs, seriously wounding 30,000 more, and killing 100,000 Iraqis in the process.
While a federal prosecution by the U.S. Attorney General in Washington, or any of the 93 U.S. attorneys throughout the country “would be the easiest procedure,” Bugliosi says, any of the 50 State attorneys-general also “could bring a murder charge against Bush for any soldiers from that state…who lost their lives fighting Bush’s war.”
Writing in “The Prosecution of George W. Bush For Murder”(Vanguard Press), Bugliosi says Bush’s lies to the public constituted “overt acts” and their broadcast nationally via the media are a basis for prosecution in every state. Charges could include murder as well as conspiracy to commit murder, the veteran prosecutor said.
In his career in the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s office, Bugliosi successfully prosecuted 105 out of 106 felony jury trials, including 21 murder trials without a single loss, according to a biographical sketch in the book. His most famous trial, the Charles Manson murder case, became the basis of his classic, “Helter Skelter,” said to be “the biggest selling true-crime book in publishing history.”
“Bush and his gang of criminals were constantly telling Americans that Hussein constituted an imminent threat to the security of this country, but they kept the truth from the American people that their CIA was telling them the exact opposite, that Hussein and Iraq were not an imminent threat to this country,” Bugliosi writes.
In his speech of October 7, 2002, in Cincinnati, Bush said “The Iraqi dictator must not be permitted to threaten America and the world with horrible poisons and diseases and gasses and atomic weapons…” even though a CIA report dated October 1 gave Bush notice that “the CIA did not consider Hussein an imminent threat to this nation,” Bugliosi pointed out.
As Bush did not act in self-defense, he did so with “a criminal state of mind,” with “criminal intent,” Bugliosi says, thus, “every killing of an American soldier that took place during Bush’s war was an ‘unlawful killing’ and murder.”
Bugliosi explains that a person is guilty of a crime under the theory of aiding and abetting if he instigates an act that leads to a crime. Bush’s invasion brought into existence the Iraqi opposition and his action caused Iraqis to kill American soldiers…”
Besides, unless Bush intended to have a war without casualties, “which is nonsensical on its face,” Bugliosi says, “he did, in fact, specifically intend to have American soldiers killed.”
“In my opinion,” Bugliosi continues, “there certainly is more than enough evidence against Bush to justify bringing him to trial and
letting an American jury decide whether or not he is guilty of murder, and if so, what the appropriate punishment should be.”
Based on the evidence the author spreads out over 344 pages, he feels convinced “a competent prosecutor could convict Bush of murder.”
Bugliosi points out that he convicted Charles Manson of the seven Tate-La Bianca murders even though Manson did not participate in any of the killings, nor was he present at the time. He was able to secure Manson’s conviction, he noted, because of the “vicarious liability rule of conspiracy, which provides that each member of a conspiracy is criminally responsible for all crimes committed by his coconspirators or innocent agents of the conspirators to further the object of the conspiracy.”
Among the Iraq war conspirators Bugliosi identified are Vice President Dick Cheney and Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice. Bugliosi said he knew less about former Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld’s culpability but that a prosecutor could make that determination by obtaining documents and grand jury testimony from key people. The same procedure could also be followed in the case of former White House advisor Karl Rove, the attorney wrote.
Bugliosi charged Bush “is a grotesque anomaly and aberration. No president has ever done what he did and it is not likely this nation will see a president do what Bush did for centuries to come, if ever. At least we know that in the previous three centuries there was no one like this monstrous individual.”
“I would be more than happy, if requested,” Bugliosi continued, “to consult with any prosecutor who decides to prosecute Bush in the preparation of additional cross-examination questions for him to face on the witness stand.”
